How do you utilise the Powertxt product?
As a vending machine operator, we need machines to be working at all times. Quite a number of issues can be resolved with a simple reboot of the machine. However, the machines can be up to 40 miles from our base so it becomes quite time consuming to send a member of staff to site just to switch the machine off and on – that’s where Powertxt comes in.

Can you share any wins you've seen as a result of using Powertxt?
One of our customer’s sites has been having a few issues lately – annoyingly at weekends when contractors aren’t allowed on site! They were impressed that we were able to reboot the machine remotely on the Saturday afternoon and solve the small issue they were having, rather than having to wait for us to attend the site on Monday morning. We saved the money it would have cost us to attend the site, avoided losing vending sales over the weekend and the site had happy staff. A win-win all round!
